Bought this to learn how to play table tennis as I have no one to practice with. Set it up and it worked great out of the box for about a week and a half. I used it appropriately for about 1 hour per day, 3-4x per week. I noticed that the head that swivels left to right to mix up the direction of the shots stopped working.I contacted the company to see how it could be fixed/ replaced and they sent me TERRIBLE instructions on how I could fix it myself. They told me to open up the machine and check the wiring (I'm handy, but I'm no electrician). I told them I tried but I have no idea what I'm looking at and they told me they would send me a replacement part instead. Is a good thing the return window is long because that replacement part never came and I haven't heard from them since.If i had to guess they were stalling so my return window would expire leaving me with this junk that doesn't work.

We love everything about this product but wish it came with a better instruction manual.

It does everything it said it would it has never jammed up after about 5000 balls

Seems like they send me a robot that was returned and was not working. The ball would not load from the bottom. Even when fed from top the ball seemed to go nowhere. I don’t know how they market and resell broken products. .

I saw a few complaints on this prior to making my purchase and I was hoping mine didn't have the same issues. Issues I've noted were that it doesn't cycle balls, or it doesn't work at all after being used once.At the moment mine still works. I've only used it twice but it's spitting out balls like a pinball machine.I've been wanting to challenge my dad to ping pong for a couple years now because I'm sick of this man being skilled in obscure sports and now my time has come.I'll let you all know how it goes. Knocking the crown off the head of a tyrant king is never an easy feat. But I was never one to take the path of least resistance and in the end if the world has to burn for me to see victory. It came defective right out of the box. Was shooting consistently for about 10 balls and then started shooting them right off the table to the left, far left. It makes consistent practice impossible. Will be returning if I can't fix it. They most likely sold it to me knowing this machine had this problem, and so other reports will be going into account.

The media could not be loaded. This is one of those items where I really have no baseline to compare it to because I've never seen or used one of these before. That said, I definitely expected a little more out of it in terms of automation because you have to constantly adjust the angle of the head whenever you change up the serving style.Overall, it is a lot of fun and set up was actually pretty easy but I can't really recommend it one way or the other so I just suggest checking out my video and deciding for yourself.
