When the bag arrived I was s really happy with the product.. however upon inspection it has some damage to the stitching of an internal compartment. No real option to contact anyone, just option to return for a refund. I would like a replacement sent out before I send this one back...

All the imagery with this product on Amazon lead me to believe it came with a shoulder strap, yet it did not? That aside, very nice product.

Purchased this bag to replace a 23 yerar old Jansport backpack! I needed an EDC bag to tote around stuff from home to work, in various vehicles that I drive throughout the day. So far, it fits the bill pretty well. Laptop and paperwork fit very well in the interior compartments leaving room for other items such as a quick change of clothes (socks, underwearm shorts and a shirt is all), rolled up tight of course. The exterior compartments are great and I am able to carry my diabetic kit, daily meds, a few simple toiletries, my electronics (charging, speakers, ear buds, flash drives etc et). I also store a few food items for the road. The end pockets could be a little larger or more flexible (expandable) to accomodate a water bottle more easily. Typical 16.9oz or 20oz bottled water fits but is really snug. They do however have Molle straps so you could fasten more comparments etc. The bag also has some velcro panels for attaching patches if you are interested int hat sort of thing. The shoulder strap is strong and comfortable. The rings and attachment points are metal and swivel. The canvas and nylon strapping seems to be of high quality as does the stitching. Time will tell if it holds up but I dont see anything glaringly negative. Zippers are not perfectly smooth but not bad either. The top panel that zips closed is operated by two individual zippers (usually these things have a single U-Shaped pull) and it can be a little awkward to unzip and zip evenly. I connected them together in an attempt to get them to operate at the same time but there wasn't enough slack and it wound up binding. Not a deal breaker. Overall happy with the bag so far.
