Not practical
I like that these are cotton instead of polyester or fleece like other brands. But the top layer cotton is too dense (high thread count of the fabric) that it doesn't let the blood to go through and get absorbed quickly by the absorbant middle layers, so you would feel wet if you're wearing these on your high flow days. Considering how much I paid for them I'm extremely disappointed. I bought the largest size, but I cannot wear them on the high flow days due to this issue, and they are too thick and wide to wear during low flow days. Also, they don't seem like they would last very long. The picture is taken after just one wash, and you can see that the stitches are already falling apart.A third issue for me is that I bought these mainly for environmental reasons, but to rinse away the blood proir to the actual washing you have to hold these under cold running water untill the water coming out is clear and no longer red, and the stain is somewhat faded. To do this you'd have to let water run through it for literally about 10 minutes! And even then the stain is nat really faded! It wastes a very large amount of water which is not very environmental friendly and reasonable.Ps, the absorbent side wich should touch the skin is the floral side, not the white side! The manufacturer informed me of that when I contacted them. I almost used the wrong side the first time.

Perfect.
Update: still 5 starts, I ended up also ordering the regular size pads & was able to just use both sets on my period. They’re perfect for my unpredictable medium/heavy flow (6 months PP) period they do not slide at all, one regular pad lasted me the whole first day of my period and they were soooo comfortable, no smells, or leaks & it didn’t feel hot/sweaty in the Texas summer heat, if anything it helps absorb any extra sweat. I will now be buying more. 💛 Yay!Original review: Just arrived! larger than I imagined, which is great. I can’t wait to try them out in a couple of weeks and will purchase more if the first use goes well! I thought I’d add some pictures bc there were none for me when I was looking at these, the pack I purchased are the 3 heavy/overnight pads.I am a little confused why one of them has a tag & especially why it’s on the inside part of the pad?? The other two don’t even have tags, so I will be emailing the company to see if that’s how it’s suppose to be, but overall I am happy with it.

Comparing Imse Vimse and Think Eco
I am 45 with a heavy flow. I have serious sensory issues. I have been struggling for years (decades) with the rough texture of generic disposable pads. Always is my preferred brand but in the summer I sweat a lot and hate the feel. So I decided to try fabric ones.My only rule was that the pads must be cotton, not fleece, because fleece makes no sense to me so close to the privates. I wear cotton briefs from Victoria’s secret or cotton briefs from Hanes (they fit tighter as they have no stretch).I bought two kinds: IMSE VIMSE night pads (made in EU, a huge selling point for me), and THINK Eco overnight (made in Korea).IMSE VIMSE (IV): I wanted to love IV ones because they were cutter and they have great sets on their website that come with bag and washing net. But to my big surprise I did not love them as much as Think Eco (TE). IV have two snaps on the crotch, so different underwear can be used, which is a plus. They lasted all night without leaks, but I woke up a few times, feeling uncomfortable bunching. The print side goes next to skin and the white is touching underwear, so less chance of staining. But that is where the advantage ends. They bunch and are too thick so they made me feel like I was wearing a diaper. I was aware of wearing them at all time, which is unacceptable for me.THINK ECO: I got the pink ones and they were cute. The white side touches the skin and it’s so soft and comfortable I forgot I was wearing them. There is only one snap and that’s a bummer but I wear tighter fitting Hanes briefs (in red) during my period so that is not an issue. If you wore boy shorts style, these would not work. These made me happy and comdortable all day. The absorbency was very similar to IV ones. They back is slightly wider which is a big plus for me since it means less leaks on the back. I think I will buy a few more sets of these as I love them. Both sets washed well. I rinse immediately in the cold water until water runs clear. Then I toss in laundry withthe rest of my regular load. I will likely still use disposable ones when I travel or go out for the day but during the quarantine and working from home, these are a dream. So 3 stars for IMSE VIMSE and 5 stars for THINK ECO. Now I have to talk my teen into trying cloth.

Overall very happy.
I'm not usually a reviewer of stuff I buy, but these were too good.I've used reusable pads before, but the ones I had were wearing out after ten years of constant use, and they were $11 each plus shipping to replace. I got them at a good discount through a store I used to work at but no longer do.Well, I hopped on Amazon to see what I could see. Of course the PLU and "bamboo" pads were everywhere, and being that they were inexpensive, I tried a set out. They worked well enough, but they stank, and I developed a yeast infection. Hm. Nope.I tried again, looking for cotton this time, and found these. The price was reasonable for cotton, which not all of them were, so I grabbed one bundle. After a couple months of use, I grabbed another. These are great. Very absorbent, comfortable, don't slide around, do not stink of chemicals, and don't chafe. I'm quite pleased. My only gripe is that they are white, so getting stains out of them is pretty much impossible. However, no one sees them but me, so that's a small gripe.I wash mine in cold water and line dry them, but they have still shrunk a teeny bit -- still a good size overall.Overall very happy.

Third purchase, one of the best brands on Amazon
I liked the nighttime version of these so much that I came back and ordered another set, but for daytime use. I have bought and used more than 10+ brands of pads the past 13 years, including the so -called 4/5 star brands on Amazon which I cannot recommend.3/2020: Edited to add, I bought my third set. They are durable, soft and the one from 2017 is still strong and stain free. Please see pic ( night time on far left, day time pad in middle and right)

Don't stay in place but more comfortable than disposable pads.
Positives1. They are more comfortable to wear than disposable ones (when they stay in place).2. They are easy to clean- chuck them in the washing machine.Negatives.1. When they arrived, the paper packaging was ripped. I do commend them for not using lots of plastic packaging though.2. They don't stay in place. I found that using a safety pin to pin one wing to the gusset of my knickers before clipping them together solved this. It does mean that there is a pin in your pants though and that isn't the nicest thought!Overall, I have decided that I will probably try buying period pants instead as these don't provide much peace of mind when they move around and safety pins are not a long term solution! I do prefer these to plastic sanitary pads, even if I need a safety pin to make them work.

Successful
I use a moon cup. These pads are for additional coverage incase of leaks during the day and when wearing white clothes/dresses.Surprisingly effective. I really am glad these work so well. I do not enjoy having to re-buy sanitary towels/pads. These are easy to fold in your bag. They are comfortable to wear and are material so do not make the plastic-y sound or rub again your leg.At first I wasn't sure if they would stay in place. They do. They do not really move around for me which is good. They seem to hold extra fluid well as I have not yet had any problem with leaking, in comparison to the heavy flow tampax/always etc.(I also love the moon cup, so brilliant )

Very good
Although these do feel a little bit bulkier than regular pads, they are made of a much more comfortable material, and I definitely prefer these ones. They do not slip around much at all once placed. It is easy to rinse them out after use and throw them in the wash with towels and such. They do tend to stain, which is expected, given they are white. It might be difficult to fully transition to reusable pads with just three of them, however, but this is a good start. I will be purchasing more of these in the future.

Beware though
Best brand of these so far. Tried lots! BUT says wash at 60’. Doesn’t specify f or c. With hindsight amPresuming f’ as I did them in uk at 60 and they’ve hugely shrunk and gone madly out of shape.
