I was recently diagnosed with multiple degenerative disc disease and Spinal Stenosis. Typically I sit at a desk with an office chair with wheels. If I lean back it kills my back so I'm constantly using all my back muscles to sit upright. I just had hip replacement surgery and I was so ready to lay in a position other than flat on my back. I ordered two of these and they turned out to be perfect to help me get positioned on my side, and also perfect to hold me in position so I can roll to my stomach. The cover is very soft and they've held their shape very well. The shape is just right... big enough to be comfortable, but not too bulky to rollover while holding them between my legs. I'm having surgery to replace the second hip in about a month and these will definitely be going to the hospital with me!!

This lumbar support is small enough to fit into my satchel which I take with me when I am going to be sitting in a classroom or concert hall. Very convenient and effective for sitting in a variety of seats. I have yet to try it as a support for car driving, but may do so soon!

I am elderly with a bad back. I sit a lot and I hurt from it, but I hurt more if I don't sit. This seat has cut my pain by around 80%. Truly a blessing.

This pillow really helps me be to more comfortable while sleeping. The curvature helps it from slipping away and falling on the floor like a regular pillow. It is super comfy and even when I move around in my sleep it stays put. I have awful sciatica from a bulging disc and used to wake up in pain a lot. This straightens out my spine for sleeping on my side and also on my back and relieves the pressure. It has really improved my sleep. Also, the pillow is soft and attractive. We make the bed in the morning and have several cute throw pillows and this slips in behind them and the soft dove grey velvet actually looks nice.

I guess I didn't know what I was looking for. I didn't realize it would be so thick. I was used to a small pillow to rest between my legs when I sleep as I was told by a physical therapist it prevent any future hip soreness or problems, I am a side sleeper. However, I found this too thick and bulky. I will keep it and try and work with it but want my small flat pillow back. Sorry for review, but it may be great for others.
