These off-brands are dangerous if you have a dermatological problem, as the ingredients are usually multiple petroleum based products, lanolin etc. which irritate and cause itching if you are sensitive. They are only listed on package insert. **Q: Does this cream contain petroleum ?** A: Looking at the list of inactive ingredients, it does contain mineral oil. "Both are derived from petroleum.
