Zipper immediately damaged while packing for first use/travel.Also the internal divider of one luggage is on the bottom half part instead of top. Not sure if its meant to be like that but this is the first luggage that i have seen it.Still waiting for Amazon Team advice....

I purchased this Samsonite spinner a few months ago. While the product isn’t all bad, I expected better quality for the price. The inside zipper has already broken, and the elastic strap didn’t come with a buckle to fasten the ends together. For what I paid, I feel the quality should be higher—I could have bought a cheaper suitcase and received a similar standard

I ordered this lovely set of luggage for a wedding gift for my daughter . It was suppose to come in plenty of time through prime but was delayed twice and arrived after they left fir their honeymoon. The package was damaged on the outside. I did not open the product and will be returning it because I had to buy a different set so they would have it for their travels
