I bought this to freeze soups and ingredients for soup starters. These have worked pretty well, and it’s a cheaper alternative to the souper cube. I would definitely recommend for meal prep

This is a great item to have when freezing broth, sauces or anything else that should be portion sized to up to one cup per compartment. Since it is made out of silicone, it is not as sturdy as hard plastic could be but the upside is that the frozen content is easy to remove, which I think is far more important.The inside of every compartment has lines indicating measurement of 1/2 cup and 1 cup as well as 250 ml. The markings are a little hard to read without additional lighting but it's not too much of an inconvenience, particularly when filling it up to 1 cup, as this is basically filling it up all the way.The compartments could be higher, as filling it up to 1 cup makes it more likely to spill some of the content when moving the tray to the freezer, although I always fill it in the kitchen and move it to my freezer in the basement with little to no issues.The tray has a lit, which is a nice touch but unless the tray is used for storage, not necessary in my opinion.My regret is that I only bought one, not two.

I bought this partitioned tray for freezing individual portions of soup which I would then put in freezer bags. This takes up much less space in my freezer and I can conveniently remove a single portion and microwave it for a quick lunch! Works well!

I make my own stocks and soups an this works well for freezing to restock them in other containers. My issue is that the lid doesnt snap into place. Its gies on, but because there is no sturdiness to the bottom, it just wants to pop back off. I have to place the tray on a cookie sheet and then place the whole thing in the freezer together to keep the lid on and make it movable from counter to freezer.
