Excellent product - both for amateurs and professionals
As a Hotel Management Educator, I found it suitable for cakes. It retains the freshness of the product with no change in colour or texture. Neutral smell also helps in using it on different flavours. Though the professionals use it on various items, it can be used in home too very easily due to its smooth texture and non-sticky nature. I like the packaging sizes as it varies from 2oo gm to 2.5 kg - fit for all - both for amateurs and professionals. Tried few of the other flavoured variants of Decomate also. I strongly recommend this product.
