Strong aroma
The scent wasn’t quite what I’m familiar with; but after dilution for application I found it alright.This smells more like saffron tastes (mildly bitter, pungent) than the aroma expected.

This is a truly strong saffron oil The scent is just like saffron, pungent and slightly bitter. It may not be 100% essential oil, but a 100% essential oil of saffron would cost a fortune! This product being such strong oil, it is a very good value. It is also a great ingredient for skin oils or creams.My order came with a generous 2ml sample of Kumkumadi oil, which is a face oil containing saffron as well as other ayurvedic herbs and I find this sample oil great for the neck, smoothing the neck skin.
