So this thing works. Sort of. I had to download the suggested file manager to get my Droid turbo 2 to recognize it as a USB drive. Even then, it doesn't always recognize it and I often have to plug it in 4 or 5 times before it pops up as a USB drive. Once it pops up, it displays the first 6 or 8 pictures no problem. Once you go through those, the rest take ages to appear. It's not like you can stick a card in at your stand and quickly go through pictures, which is what I bought it for. It would take an hour to go through maybe 20 pictures. I have not yet tried it on other Android devices, but I bought it to use with my phone and while it technically works, it is not a replacement for the tablet that I accidentally smashed the last time I was viewing trail pics. I am disappointed and would not recommend it to a friend.

First one caused me to loose all pictures on Card including some of a deer with the antler growing straight out from his right ear, Very unhappy that I lost all those pictures so I suggest that the first time you use this device you back up your photos first to see what happens. The next one they sent me works without the photos being deleted but does something to the card (adds files) that one brand of my cameras does not like but the other brand works ok with these extra added files. It could be a file that the phone needs to view the device or card. I Have tried it with several different brands of 16, 32 and 64 GB cards with the same results. I will use it but will make sure to try and save all the pictures on the phone before viewing them

I would have given it a 5 star if i was able to download pictures from my cell phone to the reader. I wasn't sure if it would have so i can't blame this reader. Well built and great price

My biggest concern when shopping for this item on line was whether it would plug into my android phone. I thought the item would work right out of the box. It turned out to be the correct item for my phone but before using it you have to download a couple of apps in order for the thing to work. Not being a whiz kid with the phone and downloading apps I have not been able to use the thing.

Gift for my son. I love mine and he does too. Only way to improve, would be able to swipe through full size pictures. On my android, I need to select a pic to view full size, then go back to grid to select a different picture.

Bought this product for my father. When I recieved the product I was sent an email saying if there are any problems, please connect. We could view the photos but only one at a time and couldn't edit/share (Samsung Galaxy S6 and Motorola Turbo 2). I emailed the company and received a response within the hour recommending an app that would solve the problem. Sure enough it did. It's a great product, for a really great price, with a great company.

Product works really well and as stated. I would give it 5 starts if I could scroll through the pictures instead of having to open each picture individually. Although I could just be my phone. Great product!!

I got this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. No problems connecting with his phone or the trail camera, and he excitedly visits the camera almost daily for pictures and times that deer are passing his stand. It's helping him to make a plan for the best times and places to hunt. As far as he's concerned, it's like Christmas every day!
