Cute, but cheap fabric
Our previous ball put that we had for 3 years just recently tore, so we wanted to replace it. Our kids loved that this is a “space ship” and were so excited to get it, but upon setup, the top seam of the space ship tore. I repaired it as well as possible because our kids were too excited for me to return the item. I wish we would’ve bought the same version that we previously had, but we thought a change of design would be good. Also, the attachment from tunnel to tent and ball pit is really poor. It just has a fastener on the top and bottom, but no Velcro to help keep it secure. That may be my next addition. It’s just frustrating to have to spend my time and money to make something better constructed than it was upon purchase. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Poor quality and unsafe
Poor quality. You get what you pay for. To begin I’ve only had this product for 1 month and already have to throw away. It’s torn in several places and the door from the tent ripped and formed a loop that when my child crawled out it went around his neck. MAJOR hazard. Also the pipes that hold up the tent are exposed and very accessible to children. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t bother
This is definitely one of the poorest quality products that I’ve ever purchased off of Amazon. The material is horrible and I don’t foresee it lasting more than a week before it tears. The tunnel doesn’t stay secure and also has wires on the bottom of it that will hurt your child’s knees. Overall, a regrettable purchase but maybe my 18 month old will get a couple hours of entertainment out of it before it goes in the trash.

My nine month old
I will agree with some of the other reviews. The connector for the tunnel should be rethought of an easier solution to connect. As stated in another post, strings to tie together or even simple clip like those in a grocery cart to hold the tunnel on better. The wire yes that is in the tunnel could use a coating of foam and or some type of padding to help keep the wire from trying to push through and damage the light fabric and or possibly cause a cut on my babies knee and or hands since he is just learning to crawl. For this type of material and structure, I believe it is a great item for a baby who can crawl. I really believe this is great for my son up to at least 18 months before he really starts getting more rambunctious. Once he start with being more rambunctious then I will expect it to start coming apart starting with the strings that are holding the tunnel to the tent. I personally don't care for this to be an outdoor item. I would have to have some kind of support under the structure like foam squares for my son. Assembly was not a problem for me and very easy to manage with the white card that came with an “A” and “B” side Hope this review helps you all. Balls are sold separately.

Wonderful Product
It's a great price for how big this item is. I bought it for my 9 month old who's been mainly indoor do to the pandemic, and it has offer her a lot of fun. I can see her using this for several more years. I have to agree with one of the reviewers, on the loop that connect the tube to the tent and pit it would have been better if it was just a ribbon instead that you can tie into a bow. This would offer a more stable structure as oppose to it falling off so easily. Otherwise, it's pretty study and it took me less than 5 minutes to set up.

My 1 year old loves it
We've had this for a while now and I can say that it has lasted longer/better than I expected since I have rough children and it's a thin material. The ball pit DRIVES ME INSANE though. There is NO WAY to keep the balls inside of it. The place where the tunnel connects is only held in place by 2 loose toggles and it moves around a lot. Every time the kids move around, more balls leave the pit. Also, it didn't take a long time for some areas to fray at the seams. It's still holding up so far though. That being said, they do love it and so do my nieces and nephews.

Good product
Great product. My only dislike is the way you connect the tunnel. It has little hook and look at the top and bottom of tunnel. These do not secure the tunnel and after a child goes through it needs to be rehooked. Other than that my 12month old twins love it.

Fun for kids, but not very sturdy
This is a cute play set and my one year old and two year old grandchildren like it. I purchased 200 plastic balls separately and they covered about two inches of the ball pit. Ideally I should purchase at least another 200 balls. The rocket ship and the ball pit are not very sturdy for their size and the whole thing takes up a lot of room. Disassembling them is enough of a hassle that I don’t feel like taking them down to store them, so I end up piling them together and shoving them in a corner when we are not using them. I would recommend using them in a play room that has plenty of space to leave them up if you have one.
