Designed and works perfectly
First of all, reading previous reviews about fit and the straps…OK, people, first of all, there are TWO sizes. Read the directions provided on the product page about measuring your arm properly and then choose the correct size accordingly. It’s that simple. I don’t understand how people who said they have large arms ordered the S/M. Obviously didn’t read the directions and ordered the wrong size.Second, regarding not being able to feed the straps through the loops. Again, zero issue here whatsoever. I have no idea what people are talking about. A two year old could do this. The straps are sized appropriately to feed through the loops, zero issue there.Another tip - IF you have trouble putting this on by yourself, here’s the solution - feed the straps through the loops BEFORE you put it on your arm and then loosely Velcro the end of the strap to the brace (so they don’t slide back out when you put your arm through) so you can easily slide your arm through, put the brace exactly where you want it, THEN tighten the straps. Not that hard people. Don’t need mama or wifey to be there to help you.I’ve worn this for two days now and it’s a game changer for me. Have really bad bursitis from blunt hits and falls to my left elbow to the point where I can barely use it but I am building our home right now and work with horses so have to stay working. The slightest bump to my elbow, which happens many times a day, just kills it, so I tried to make my own padded brace but they don’t fit and stay in place well. Any I’ve shopped for at sporting goods stores or Walmart are simply sleeves with no padding, so those are completely useless. I’m a frugal guy so don’t like to buy something unless it works, is well made, and does what is says it will. And this fits that bill! Money very well spent. The fact that I can keep going about my daily work with some protection, peace of mind, and relief for my elbow pain (the pressure itself helps with that over time if you make it really tight) means everything.Lastly, this is high quality and made in the USA by what looks like a nice small community company. That’s good people right there we need to support. Awesome product, thank you for your product, and please make more for every body part because I need them.

The BEST and most comfortable wrap!
"I tried four different wraps and braces for my elbow bursitis, which resulted from an injury. This is the best wrap I have encountered! I wish I had purchased this one first. Thank you to the inventor of this product; the integration of the cushion in the center is remarkable!"

Get the right size. Use some common sense.
I got this because I tend to sit at my desk for long hours, and noticed that my left elbow was having some skin irritation and the joint was hurting a bit, and after some research, I decided to get this due to the substantial padding the elbow and the adjustability of the velcro banding. I didn't necessarily want a lot of compression and a lot of these braces are basically just a spandex tube.I am a larger male so I got the larger size (L/XL). My arms aren't huge like a body builder, but there is plenty of room for expansion for those that have larger/thicker arms. The brace fits me perfectly and is easily adjustable. I saw some reviews with people having difficulty putting through the strap through the plastic clip using one hand. Well, if you do this BEFORE you put on the brace, it's not an issue. You can use both hands and just loosely fasten the velcro, then slip it on, then adjust it to make it more secure around your arm. It's just common sense.I've only had it for a day and it's def what I needed for my purposes. My only complaint would be that it is pretty thick and bulky since its made of neoprene, but I did want something with padding. On a warm day it can get a little sweaty. The craftsmanship seems to be pretty good, I hope it will last a while.

It's just OK...
I was looking for something with a large, thick pad to protect the elbow, and I found it in this brace. This product has that. BUT....First of all, sizing: it probably fits the range of arm sizes they say (8"-14"), but for heaven's sake, measure your arm. I'm a slightly built man, 6', 200-ish pounds, who doesn't body build, and my arm is 13" circumference. This thing barely has any overlap on the Velcro straps when I'm wearing it.When feeding the Velcro straps through buckles, the webbing strap often gets caught on the buckle, and is extremely difficult to get it on with one hand. The hook side of the Velcro faces the arm, so if you're not very careful to center it on the loop (fuzzy) side, it will be like sandpaper on your skin. Plus the edges of those straps are very rough and will abrade the skin (this may improve over time). It does restrict motion of the joint -- which is it's purpose, after all -- but it does so because, when you try to bend your arm beyond a certain point, the ends of the plastic buckles dig into your arm, which is quite painful. I find that I must remove it to perform tasks like eating, which require a lot of arm bending. Also, since it must be fairly tight on the arm, it starts to restrict circulation after wearing for a few hours. In spite of that, after only 3 days of use, the swelling in my elbow has completely subsided, and the pain is much less, so it does work.

Exstremely well designed except...
Best design yet of an elbow brace, the cut out allows flexing wo pulling it down off your elbow, wo pinching your skin when you bend your elbow.Only prob is Velcro is way to strong, takes a gorilla to unlatch the velcro.

Not a fan
I ordered this, and while it arrived a day late, I’ve been wearing it for a few days now. It definitely provides solid protection for your elbow with its heavy padding, but honestly, I’m not a fan.The strap where you tighten it rubs against the bend of my arm, which gets pretty irritating. Plus, it makes bending your arm a bit difficult. If you don’t need to move your arm much, it might work fine, but overall, it’s just not that comfortable for me.I’ll try maybe wearing this for a few hours at a time and then taking it off but I don’t think there’s any way I can wear this more than like six or eight hours at a time. Oh and I got this for a bursitis, a little smaller than the size of a golf ball on my elbow
