It was a fun puzzle to put together. I expected it to be harder. It was just right after doing a very hard puzzle. Good quality and nice graphics.

Fisherman’s Cove, one of the puzzles in the Ravensburger Canadian Collection, is a highly realistic and finely detailed painting. Brightly colored houses set against rolling green hills lead to a sea inlet with docks and warehouses. It’s a calm scene with a low tide of lapping water, resting gulls and geese, and unhurried villagers organizing the day’s catch. The whole scene tells a story of the end of the fishing day in a seaside village.The eye moves lazily over the whole canvas. Except for the small shack covered in buoys in the foreground, there is no main focus to this piece. There’s no central theme – more a collection of small moments in the day of the life of a seaside town. It’s a static painting that has a feeling of movement due to your eye roving the canvas. You, the viewer, feel as if you are on the scene, watching the events unfold from a spot overlooking the docks.Wilfrido Limvalencia, is a British Columbia-based artist whose paintings “take you on a journey through scenes of life in brilliant colors,” a style he calls “folk-realism.” I loved his work depicted in the puzzle, “Swans' Cove” for the "Dockside" series of the Ceaco puzzle company, and was pleased to also see it available in this collection. This puzzle will appeal to many shades of puzzle enthusiasts. The time building it will pass as pleasantly and unhurried for you as it seems for the people in this small fishing village. A 5-star joy to build.

I bought this puzzle as a gift for my elderly grandfather. As soon as the holidays are over, my grandparents put a puzzle on the dining room table and the family gets to work. I've bought Ravensburger puzzles for years, and we enjoy the quality and the pictures.Unfortunately, my grandfather's sight has been mostly taken by macular degeneration. He still loves to do puzzles, but it's very tough for him. I picked this one intentionally, as the colors seemed to have greater contrast, and the detail was not so fine.My grandfather used a bright light at his part of the table, but was able to successfully work on this puzzle with everyone. My grandmother commented that it was a good choice, and a fun puzzle.The quality of the pieces was good, easily and securely fitting together. I will look for another puzzle again next year!

This was a delightful puzzle to do. Ravensburger’s quality is superb. The image is such a pleasure to make happen. Loved it!

I have lots of Ravensburger puzzles. This one is from the Canadian collection. The finish isn't quite as shiny but it is a lovely puzzle that is just hard enough to be challenging with nice, thick pieces that fit together with no problem. No crazy shapes or sizes.

There was a piece missing but I contacted Ravensburger and they are going to send me a replacement puzzle. My return date to return it to Amazon had expired.

It’s a beautiful picture and I enjoyed doing the puzzle. However the pieces do not fit uniquely. There were several times where pieces that were not supposed to interlock, looked like a perfect fit. The quality of Ravensburger puzzles is usually much better.

The picture on the box is clear! But the puzzle is blurry! I can't stand to look at it to sort the pieces, I don't think there is any way I can work this! I cannot believe RAVENSBURGER put their name on this!! I thought their puzzles were the best, until now! I will never buy another RAVENSBURGER as long as I live! They are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be this worthless!! I bought it awhile back so it is too late to return it! I just can't believe this is a RAVENSBURGER puzzle!!
