I’m just getting started with building up my arms and just gaining that baby muscle while he is just bulking up. So that’s why I love the fact that this is adjustable that I can use the smaller weights and when I’m done he can use it on the heavy setting. This weight goes from 5 pounds to 52.5 pounds. It’s so easy to adjust just by simply turning the knob on the end locking it into place and then lifting up the weight. this week does require the tray in order to change the weight amount. The 10 chain lock make it very safe to use. The handle is comfortable to hold and very non slip! This is a very high quality weight and a fraction of the cost of bow flex. I think it might be nicer than my friends bowflex and their was no back order wait time!

Instead of having dumbbells of every weight, I was able to replace them with this fast adjustable dumbbell. The weight selection is in an increment of 2.5lb from 5lb all the way to 52.5lb. This means you can pretty much hit every weight you need on a single dumbbell. It’s even more granular than my gym, which have 5lb increments on individual dumbbells.The locking mechanism is similar to the popular bow flex style. You just turn the sides to the desire weight. You’ll want to make sure both side matches so the dumbbell is more evenly balanced. The latch will pick up the corresponding weight you set. It seems pretty secure as I did try to shake it violently before benching it above my head.I’m still building up my strength and I would do curls at 25lb, triceps at 20lb, and chest at 45lb. The ability to quickly switch on the same dumbbell is nice and frees up space in my little gym room.

Just received these this afternoon. I bought two since they are sold as a single dumbbell. They arrived as scheduled, and the packaging was great. I count wait to inbox them, as I’ve wanted these for a long time. They looked perfect so I disposed of the packaging and got in a quick workout. They were very easy to use and work perfectly. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to add to their home gym without taking up lots of space or breaking the bank.

I have been hemming and hawing about buying adjustable weights, knowing that they're much more convenient than weight plates with clips. I'm so happy I was able to find these, which work great and are fairly affordable. Once of my favorite features is the progressive weight increase. Sometimes you're only looking to go up by a couple pounds rather than five or ten. These are great, and worth the money!

I had problem with unit. I contacted the seller and they were overly supportive. I will purchase for them again.

Was looking to cancel gym membership and workout at home. This was a great addition… delivered with no problems, already assembled (just take it out of the box and use), and it’s so convenient just being able to adjust the weight on the sides!
