Best lip moisturizer around.
I have been using these Hurraw items for about fifteen years. Discovered them in a spa in Sebastapol, CA. They keep my lips very moist for quite a long time. I use the tinted ones in the day time and may apply lipstick over them. I wear a transparent one that is quite thick at night. They have no toxic ingredients and I would not use them if they did.
