The media could not be loaded. Ordered on 6/Dec, delivery 7/Dec. Was very happy to receive undamaged as was very sceptical looking at other reviews if will get a damaged piece or not.I got it in very nice amazon packing, inside was Hawkins packing. Was glad to see no damages upon opening the boxes. Step by step pics added. Took these pics just to be sure that if need to claim refund or return. Always recommend all to do so. If all goes well, it just helps write a review.About the product, had ordered 5 litres for biriyani purposes. The pot is wide and flat. Triply looks good quality and pot is likewise on heavy side. Getting it at 2.9k was satisfactory. Anytime this is cheaper, i suspect the product might come damaged.I used the trick of heating the pan first for removing the stickers. It was smooth with no reside gum.The lid is just placed on top, it snuggs in channel, but doesn't lock. Don't expect full air tight. The hole in glass lid will allow steam pressure to release. But cooking with lid sacmves gas, so I would surely use this beyond biryani. The flat base is really worthy to do things like shallow fry chicken legs, or stir vegetables.Size wise it's pretty good for a family, bachelors may find it big.It's handles are appearing to be wood. Good for holding the pot. Color wise they look closer to black or dark brown. I washed, and glad no color released.To sum up, I liked the product, fast delivery and price.

This product is useful but it's lid is very bad because lids wooden handle is came out after few months.

The quality is good. Worth the money paid. Works very well in induction as well as gas stove. The size is also very big,good for cooking when guests come over or for large families.

Theproduct is good to 7se but I have faced the problem of bottom getting burnt if the gas flame is increased. Even when I made kheer little increase in heat led to burning at the base. So one has to be very attentive and careful while cooking in this. The space inside is quite good and the food can be easily stirred with the wooden spatula provided free. For cleaning use liquid wash which removes stains and dirt easily .

Quality is good. Medium weight. Not light, not heavy. Easy to hold. If we put the gas flame in medium , food won’t stick. 3 liters size is suitable for 4 to 5 people . Overall it is good.
