Great portions and taste
Easy to make, ready in 10 to 15 min and tastes great. Will be buying more of these for sure.

When you don't feel like cooking
This is one of the products I keep around for occasional use when I don't feel like cooking, and don't want a lot of ditty dishes and pots. The heavy roil bag acts as its own cooking pot. Tear open th bad, remove the small oxygen absorber, add 2 cups of boiling water, stir thoroughly, reseal, and wait about 15 minutes. It helps to have a long handled spoon. The flavor is reasonable for chicken teriyaki. Like most preserved food, it has a high salt content in relation to the protein content. It says two servings, but I was hungry and ate the entire contents.

Would not recommend
Chicken teriyaki was awful! We were unable to eat it because it was so bitter. I missed the return period of 30 days. I guess I’ll donate the rest to a food bank since I can’t do anything with this and they won’t take it back. The sweet potato curry isn’t even freeze dried! This is a dehydrated meal that does not rehydrate and leaves hard nuggets despite using boiling water and letting it sit longer than the instructions, and even stirring it partway through.

It works
This is definitely for emergency use only. E sure water is at a full boil. Add a bit extra water and let it sit a few minutes longer than it says. It’s edible but don’t expect it to taste great. It’s about half the tastiness of Mountain House product but I definitely would buy this for emergency storage if on sale. Not a horrible product.
