I got this to get more energy. I didn't know it helps with so many other things. For couple of years I had a small fat deposit on my eye lid which I was aware it wasn't a good sign, it could mean liver problems or cholesterol problems... Within a few days of taking these the fat tissue naturally came off and the skin healed... It seems like it really balanced your lipid profile, I have more energy as well. Really happy with this product.

Okay I'm sick and I have tried just about any/everything. I still feel worn down, zero energy always bloated and blah. If I take this baby first thing in the morning. I even get my energy from coffee. Lol which kinda started failing me a few months ago. I just feel less heavy, better mood, and higher energy levels. I have only been taking 1 pill a day to start to see how I react to it. I will update my review on the next order.

I was swayed by the 5* reviews but digging deeper it's obvious an NMN product this cheap is not high quality and that's been priced correct. I've seen no difference at all. Have now bought a 'proper' NMN with certificates of authenticity at 4 times the price (because that's what pure NMN really costs) a product you probably won't find on Amazon. Don't waste your money & unlike me, do your research first.

I've had more energy and am better at staying on task. I work long hours and the advantage has given me is worth it and more! The added benefits (heart health, healthy aging, vision) are all a huge plus in addition to the energy, endurance and cognition that i've already experienced. I'm often skeptical about taking supplements but have no concern with this brand based on the amount of research that they do, and science-backed products that they produce.

A family member of mine was recommended to take these capsules by a doctor. So i took some trial ones and the bloating disappeared so I got a bottle for myself. Before I could not eat bread or drink milk because it would cause me to bloat along with stomach pains. Ever since taking these pills I can now eat bread and drink milk. Ive bought 3 bottles so far and will continue to buy them.

Effects I've noticed:- Blood Glucose levels are more stable with less dramatic spikes after meals.- Increased energy without a "buzz". This wears off 2 hours after taking a dose.- Much better sleep and need less sleep to feel rested.- Pores were decreased in size and skin became much more smooth with fewer blackheads, and fine lines.

My husband noticed a significant difference in how he was feeling. This is his busy season and he works 12 hour night shifts 6 days a week and is under a tremendous amount of pressure. NMN has been a game changer! He actually feels good. He doesn’t have stomach aches and is sleeping better. His overall demeanor is so much better too.

I think it works, but it's hard to get tangible evidence from taking it every day. I take this along with several other supplements daily and I continue to feel good and not get sick. How much this one specifically does I don't really know. It's a good value for the price.
