Adding this to a collection of holders, but not a daily driver. Very, very tight fit for 2 newer Epipens. Wish there was a way to rotate the orientation / loop so it can be worn on a belt sideways, too. Does not come with a belt/velcro/strap.

Epipen fits snug. Pouch fits well on belt , does not pinch or poke when sitting.

This pouch does fit 2 Epipens, but the Velcro flap closure is tight and has a tendency to pull open on its own. Also, is doesn’t come with a band, so you have to either buy one separately or devise some other way of attaching it. There is zero additional room in the pouch for an inhaler or even chewable Benadryl tablets. Also, there is no visibility/ external markings to allow a Good Samaritan to see what’s in the pouch and know to administer Epipens.

This was a gift for my nephew who is going off to college- has allergies, always has to carry his epipen, but hates keeping things in his pocket. I was excited to find this and to order it as a gift. How embarrassing. Poor quality. Very Cheap. Doesnt even properly fit his epipen. Also did not come with the strap to attach to body. They should say if that is sold separately. Regret buying this.

I absolutely love this! It's one of many items I own from this company and I really like how versatile it is. Well-made (not cheap or gaudy, like some of the others). And I can wear it anywhere for easy access (bonus!!).

I had heard about PortaPocket from a friend and decided to buy one. I love it. I never have to carry my purse around. The PortaPocket holds my cell phone, credit card, and "pocket change."I'm going to buy more for my friends. It's so practical.
