What I like about it is that I can place a bead on a strip, then press it to the concrete, and let go: it will hold tight. The adhesive is fully cured in 24 hours. It doesn't have an objectionable odor and is easy to clean up. So far I've used almost 3 cartridges to put up 16 feet of furring, which is slightly more than I'd have estimated but not outrageous. I should be able to finish the entire workshop with this 12-pack. This adhesive has made the job easier than I expected it to be (in particular, I was worried I'd have to figure out a way to hold the strips in place while the adhesive cured -- nope, they stay put after a few seconds) and I am very grateful! You should be careful not to apply too much as it may ooze around the edges of the tiles. Wipe up any that does seep out right away with a paper towel with mineral spirits.
