Food is good it’s food can’t go wrong with food maybe broke people food and that’s with the best about it. It’s still food and it’s good.

Was as expected. Box crushed, same with anything canned that I order. However, it must be noted that I live overseas and even I feel a little beat up when I travel that far.Products are still usable and tasty.

This product seriously taste like gourmet fried rice. It's amazing. Just for my wife and I we make two boxes at a time. We add a can of drained corn and green sweet peas. We let it simmer a bit longer than instructions state. Everyone wants our recipe. lol I have fooled a many dinner guest. Its hard to find in my area so I usually stock up at an appointment I have an hour away every 6 months. We ran out early this time and decided to buy it from prime pantry and pay the $8 shipping fee. We bought 12 boxes which is 6 meals. The box arrived beat up. It also was rained on for about an hour before we made It home. Everything is paper including the shipping box. It was also left directly under my roof eave where most homes have a gutter. As you could imagine everything was mush by the time we got home. Rice swollen. Really gross! It all just fell apart in the 98 Fahrenheit heat or 36 degrees Celsius temp. It was dark. Basically it all went into the recycling bin outside. I never thought to take pictures. It was pouring rain and we already have a problem with a skunk. I was not about to scoop it all up and try to bring it into the house. I'm stating this because when I called the first person who answered the phone was in Washington. I believe Washington anyway but definitely in the United States. Her name is Andrea and she was very friendly but she was not able to solve my problem. I feel like it was strange I was being transferred to the Philippines for someone with more seniority and I didn't ask to be transferred. I preferred reshipment but when I was told no by the person she transferred me to in the Philippines I became upset. I was told no for a reshipment and I was told no for a replacement. I was also told no for a gift card. It's just Hamburger Helper for god sakes. However my husband insisted that we not be out almost $30 for Hamburger Helper just because we did not take a picture. I'm a Prime member and we have been off and on for the last 3 years or so. We do return things at least probably once a month but when it comes to things like clothes and shoes and even harnesses and things like that for pets if they can't be tried on you can never be a hundred percent for sure on the size. The gentleman I was transferred to in the Philippines would not do anything without a picture and I got upset. Still raining mind you and by now the recycling bin is @ the end of my long driveway. My driveway is a quarter of a mile. I usually take the garbage cans down in my truck. I was angry and I put him on hold because I had been on hold for 45 minutes and I told him he would wait with me until I could get to the end of the driveway and take the pictures that he so wanted. he asked if he could call me back after I got this done and I told him no. I wanted everything taken care of in one phone call. it was already past my bedtime and this phone call was going on 45 minutes at this point give or take. This was so completely unnecessary over a $1.50 box of Hamburger Helper. It's almost embarrassing to type this but money is money. He even stated when I told him that I was married to a Filipino that we must be rich because we met on a cruise. No, I don't think we would even qualify as middle class. Then he went on to tell me all about the conversion rate of American money versus the money they use. It was almost like he was defiant in giving me my refund because maybe it was possibly more than his weekly paycheck. I'll never know but I've never experienced anything like that before with Amazon. I hopped on the golf cart in the rain and dug thru the nasty recycling can to take photos for him. He asked me if I could send the photos immediately and I said no I need you to please wait because it's raining and I need to get back inside the house. It's also dark mind you. So long story short I mailed him the pictures that were taken at night in the rain in the dark and he told me I would be issued a refund. He said it could take up to 3 to 5 days. I will let you know how things go with the refund. All that being said the product is wonderful but be wary of customer service when it comes to a food product. I've never had this problem with anything related to my dogs, cruises, clothing or even fairly expensive jewelry. We are consumers and things do arrive damaged or ill-fitting. Returns are necessary but in this case I could not return it. It would have arrived a moldy mess and of course you can't mail things back with UPS or USPS wet. Not to mention it would have been a nasty thing to try to pick up and box. This problem could be solved buy mailing food items in a couple of waterproof bags and then put in box. So almost an hour of my day was taken up over this purchase. I also lost an hour of my sleep. That's about what I get paid hourly at work and I felt like I was working for this refund. Absolutely delicious with chicken and rice and we added some pineapple for more sweetness. The package also says to add chopped green peppers...such a quick easy weeknight dinner that tastes like a meal for company!
