Amazing product for a trader like me...

I have a MacBook Air 2020 and can’t use both screens....Update...was contacted and my issue was resolved and must say the customer service is top notch.

This is a great extender for the money, no need for the very expensive ones! My job is hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 at home. I was looking to duplicate my set up at the office (3 screens) with the ability to be mobile when home. THIS IS IT! I can’t tell the difference between the laptop screen and the extender screens, they are crisp and clear, rich text and picture formats, both screens are independently adjustable for bighness, contrast same as any monitor, the movement of each extender to display your screen makes it easy to share what your viewing without someone standing over you (my favorite part-i bring to all meetings!) . It really is so easy to attach to back of laptop screen, good strong hold-i can walk around with both screens extended with no fear of it popping off, the adjustable stand in back supports the unit while open on desk/table/ any surface. Best of all..this comes with all the cables that you need TIMES TWO! 2 usb-c to usb-c, 2 usb to usb-c, 2 HDMI, you do need to be cognizant of how your usb ports are powered through your laptop, but with all the proper cords they supply WITH the unit, its easy to configure if your not a computer wiz. my productivity at home has increased with the use of 3 monitors, I also love that I can bring it out on my Patio on nice days where I dont want to be stuck inside! It comes with a velvet atorage bag to protect the screens easy mobile! This extender works on my HP laptop and my MacBook pro! The screens also come beautifully packaged. Its encased in foam lining, all the wires are under a cover, the box itself is great for storage, unlike the boxing of others I’ve tried where its plain brown cardboard. This is elegant. Honestly I don’t put reviews out unless I can truly stand behind a product, their customer service (if needed) is clearly written in the enclosed easy to ready manual. The whole package is great! I would by this again.

I was really nervous to order this because I have a huge laptop and everything is designed for petite macs. This fit on my 17" HP perfectly. Pulling the monitor thing open is a little awkward, but not a deal breaker for me. It comes with every possible cord connection you might need which I really appreciated. I used the USB-C connections to my laptop. I am not a computer nerd by any means, so for me the screen quality was just fine. I can see what I'm working on and it's clear. I travel a lot so this is a game changer for me and working remotely. It packs up into a little bag and fits well into my backpack. In some reviews I read the screen cracks easily. I haven't experienced that yet, but I'm also being really mindful of how I handle the monitors. When you put the monitors on your laptop it weighs it down, so make sure to use the little kickstand that is in the back of the screens. All in all I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

This product works pretty good on my laptop after getting an adapter, all screens work perfectly!! Customer service was able to help me troubleshoot some issues too.
