Does this somehow add detents for clb, flex/mct, and toga? will the flaps now have detents as well?

Nope to all your questions. To configure clb, flex/mct and toga you will need to map the throttle positions. The flap lever has no detents. You need to map the positions of the flaps. Cheers

Is it compatible with Windows 11?

They are just pieces of plastic made to work (fit) in the Honeycomb Aeronautical Bravo Throttle Quadrant. If this hardware is working fine on Windows 11, it will work as expected. Cheers

Can you arm the spoilers by pulling the spoilers up?

Nope. It's just a piece of plastic that fits where the spoiler is. To arm/disarm spoilers, you will need to configure buttons on your joystick and/or keyboard. Cheers.
