Really well made product. Both controllers fit as advertised and saves on battery replacement! Plugs in easily to XBOX.

Bought this for my husband's birthday with rechargeable batteries (the ones they suggest) and we love it! It was easy to set up and charges our controllers well and it keeps the charge!Update 2021: Its hard to fit the controllers in correctly (I struggled every time) and I actually had to trash it because it the charging parts broke. It lasted us a while but with kids that sometimes like to get into stuff it didn’t last long even though they were rough with it. It did last us a while but I deducted stars for durability and how difficult it is to connect the chargers. I just bought rechargeable batteries and a device to charge jus the batteries and like it a lot more

A solid charger - never going to be on low power with my Xbox controllers now

The bottom charger is hard to actually connect properly. My kids couldn't get it working right so they switched back to regular batteries. I tried setting it up and was finally able to get both chargers hooked up properly and my kids say it still doesn't charge. Very frustrated!Don't waste your money

this dock charges the controllers quickly and looks very clean. the only con I have found is that when you're plugging the controller into the charging port sometimes it doesn't fit and you have to play with it to make sure its on there tight.

Love this and so do my kids. No more using up all the batteries! Play, when done plug in at night and they are ready in the morning. Best buy yet.

Looks nice. Aligning the controller to the connector is a two handed operation. Mine didn't charge from the start. I didn't buy rechargable batteries until past the return period, but now with Amazon rechargable batteries, the red light comes on for a second upon connecting and then goes out. Swapped batteries and controllers, nothing charges.
