Medline MSC7044EPH Maxorb Extra Dressings, 4"X4"

Picture of product is misleading. As of 9/30/17, picture on page was for a box of 10 dressings. I assumed I was buying 1 box of 10 dressings based on the picture shown. But I received only 1 dressing in a white sleeve (not the green box of 10).

Picture showed a box of 10. The description of the item was not clear of how many packets we're to come in and order. I only received one packet! Very disappointed!
