The title says silicone, plastic- free, but the description says peva plastic. which is it?

It’s PEVA, which is plastic, not silicone.

Where are these manufactured?

I have no idea but just assume most everything Americans purchase are from China.

Can I cook in Sous vid with these?

I don’t know. But it says avoid store hot food in it

Are these bags resistant to moths?

Maybe. They are heavier than throw away sandwich bags. We have only used them for cold food storage and always hand washed and air dried them. We bought a wire rack to air dry them on. Used this way they have been great. With the thickness, I would believe they would survive moths, but, if I were going to store something long term that was valuable or cherished that I absolutely didn't want damaged, I would buy more expensive hard sided storage containers with O-ring seals and snap close lids.
