The chair arrived in a timely manner and with clear assembly instructions. It took me only 15 minutes to put together even though I'm not the most mechanically inclined. The hardware pack even included an assembly tool and extra parts. The cushioning is very comfortable and the adjustments for seat height and the foot rest are easy. This is a well thought out and a well built product.

I need this for my work table that I use for crafts and wood projects. I was happy enough with the first one that after a few months I purchased a second for a different location. It has good value for the price. It is comfortable and adjustable. So far, in about 4 months, I have not experienced any problems, so the quality is adequate. It is easy and quick to put together. The instructions are understandable although they have a few incorrect letters for the washers. But there is only one size so it isn’t important. My advice is to read all the directions before starting, be careful not to cross thread the screws, and do not over tighten them. I over tightened one screw and stripped it, but was able to get it out and replace it with one of the supplied extra screws. From a safety standpoint I find it easier to lower it to get on and off and then adjusting the height while you are on it rather that to leave it high and try to get on and off because of the wheels and the slight movement of the gas adjuster due to weight.

Very nice chair. Good quality and goes high enough and low enough for me. I am using it to do art work so i need it to be sturdy and go up and down easy. Has a nice soft seat so I can paint a long time and no arms as i need to not have them in my way. I would recommend.

This chair might be perfect for someone much thinner than I am, but it isn't perfect for me. The shape of the back of the chair forced me to sit too far forward and I felt like I was tilted forward. I'm a 70 year old woman who isn't thin anymore and this wasn't comfortable for what I needed it for - which was for an art studio workbench chair. My solution for the problem was to take off the back of the chair. It is sitting on a shelf so what I essentially have now is a padded stool with no back. It is comfortable enough once I get up onto it. I do have problems getting up there, however. The chair is on rollers and when I try to climb on it rolls backwards. After some intense repositioning (fortunately no one is watching) I eventually can get up onto it. Then I'm afraid to get off again to get something across the room, because it is so hard to get back onto the chair! I think if a person is young, thin, athletic, adventurous and fun-loving, with a rug, this chair could be a perfect choice. My art studio floor is plywood only at this point, so it rolls too easily for me. I have decided to replace it with an upholstered bar stool type of chair with no wheels. I will eventually put the back of the chair back onto it and let my 10 year old granddaughter use it when she comes to visit me in my art studio. I think it would suit her fine. When the box arrived it was evident someone else opened it before me and I worried that it might be a return box someone else had taken something from. I contacted the seller because of that. I have to tell you, they were very responsive and helpful. I wish I could give 10 stars for their outstanding customer service. They were great! Even though I don't think I'll be using this very long, I want to say assembly was not difficult, following the directions enclosed. Also it is a very well-made sturdy chair and should last a long time.

Simple and quick to put together. Rose easily on our carpet and is not too heavy. One of the most comfortable office chairs I’ve ever sat in. Very sturdy and appears to be high quality. It is a tall, drafting office chair, so it is too tall to sit at a standarddesk. My husband uses it to play his guitar in his office – music room. He can hold his guitar or a laptop in his lap because of the circular foot rest. I wish that they also made this in a standard height office chair..

I like the chair. There are wheels so I back up into a solid spot, position myself and then scoot to my art table. It’s kind of high with wheels and want the chair stable when I sit.

Well in my opinion (and opinions are like bellybuttons, everyone has one) it’s not that great, and I’ll tell you why. The overall appearance is good. I’ve had it for about 2wks now and the cushion is going flat and I’m sitting on the base. The back isn’t comfy either. It sits too far back not offering any support until you lean back. Then I’m too far away from my work. You may like it. I don’t.

Bought two for my office. They get used every day and holding up great. Better than expected.
