Can I use this for my red slider turtles to eat

Turtles absolutely need calcium in order to be healthy, along with phosphorus and vitamin D3. If a turtle is deprived of calcium long enough, it can eventually develop metabolic bone disease.

Repti Calcium is an ultra fine Precipitated Calcium Carbonate Supplement without Vitamin D3. It is a phosphorus free calcium supplement for reptiles and amphibians. It has a unique shape/high surface area per gram resulting in increased calcium bioavailability. Free of harmful impurities (not from Oyster Shells). Directions for use: place crickets in a plastic bag along with calcium 44; shake to dust. Feed approximately 12 dusted crickets per week for every 2.5 ounces of body weight.
