Added these outdoor lights to our Philips Hue collection of indoor lighting. We had been waiting on a best price option and finally saved up to purchase them. Such a great addition! The controllability is amazing, great color combos for our iighting and illumination of our plants and trees. Some of them we just wash the walls of our home. We set them up on the Hue app timer so they automatically turn on and off as preset. We have been changing color combos on a seasonal basis. You can direct bury the cables but I have some in the lawn so I just pick them up temporarily when I cut the lawn, then reset them afterwards. Really well made and durable.

High quality. Easy to install. Integrates perfectly with Hue. ChatGPT told me where to place these along with two Lily XL. Love the results.

If you are looking for smart multicolor yard lights and these are in your price range, I would highly recommend phillips Hue. I liked them so much I purchased a 2nd set. I have 6 Lily outdoor lights and 2 power supplies. No problems yet and ive had them almost a year.

They seem pricey but they are very well built and put out a lovely light. I installed these along our back wooden fence.

How do you not love Philips Hue lights? They are so cool and generally work well that you figure they are worth the price tag. So, you buy a bunch more. HOWEVER....with such a high price tag, they had better be reliable. They are not as reliable as they should be. I've had a number of very expensive pieces of equipment, including this power supply, go bad in less than 2 years. Be prepared. You are going to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and spending more money to replace items in your system that have failed. And Philips definitely does not stand behind their products – service takes you into a black hole of non-native English speakers. One of my power supplies had a serial number that was known to be defective. The Philips website says if you send in a photograph of the unit with the serial number they will send you a new power supply. Forget about it. Nothing but wasted time on the phone with people that have not helped. Beware! UPDATE: they finally came through with a replacement power supply -- and replaced the bulbs that failed as a result of the power supply failing.

I absolutely love these lights. I’m a big fan of the hue ecosystems. They were easy to install and get setup in the hue and apple home app. I love how each light can be changed independently. From May through September and have them set as red white and blue shining on my house. For October they were purple and green and for Christmas they will be red and green. The colors are spot on as well. No questions if red is red or slightly pink. I also love this system does not require an outdoor transformer system. It plugs right into your standard outdoor outlet.

Amazing. Easy to install. Flawless operation. One very minor gripe is that if you use two kits together you get extra stuff you don’t need, AND you can’t use one of the lights because you’re short a connector piece. Buying the lights individually is less cost effective than buying the kits. Even more annoying, the single connector piece is crazy expensive to buy on its own.

Looks amazing, control is awesome, its Philips Hue! Only gripe is the price, but its what you expect for convenience, seamless control and colour accuracy. Wait for the sale approx $299.

Love these. I now have three at home. One that I bought 6 years ago and still works flawlessly in my flower bed. I leave it out year round including in harsh Canadian/Quebec climate. Bought two more last fall and just as great. Make sure you have the hue bridge and app, integrates with HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, and a whole bunch more. These don’t constantly reset and require programming unlike other brands that automatically reset if you are experiencing power outages (happens frequently when living in remote woodsy areas).
