I loved the smallness of the camera, but I couldn’t figure out the correct instructions. The instructions are very, very small. Very hard to read doesn’t really tell you how to use it and I can’t seem to get it to play on my laptop. I read read the instructions, but it doesn’t really give you instructions, I’m actually very disappointing because I needed this for my safety while I’m here with my son to be ex-husband and I just been wearing it around just to make him think it’s working but if something was to really happen I will have no proof

The product did not power on THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. The 5 items were returned during the first week in January 2024, and received by Amazon. I was issued a refund. Today 2/21/2024, I was charged again for the 5 DEFECTIVE items. Amazon's representative advised verbally and via email that the total charge will be returned to my credit card. THE ITEMS DONT DESERVE ANY STARS, however, I am forced to include a star rating.

It Is misleading to describe as "wireless" to say it have internal battery. This camera does NOT send video anywhere, by WiFi or any other ways. It is only stored in a memory chip (not included).On the other hand, It Is difficult to put in or out the memory chip, the charger cable plug looks cheap and fragile. The instructions are poorly traslated. It takes time and practice to learn to use.Yes It works, takes photos an videos, the quality is only average. The battery do last enough time.

This camera doesn't have a UI to adjust settings when plugged to a computer, the instructions manual is very small and had a hard time to read it. It was not easy to set it up and heads up it doesn't record any sound. The quality of the image is clear once you get it he hang of it.

This is just more Chinese made junk! Camera never worked right out of the package. Powered on, and that's it. Tried to use it, with installed SD mini card I purchased separately. Plugged card into laptop to see if it recorded anything, and came up with "corrupt file" error. The error notice cannot be removed from my laptop. I have tried everything to remove the error notice, but to no avail. Now have to take my laptop in to be repaired, and all for nothing. I have several devices that use SD mini cards, and have never had this issue before.
