Very happy
Really like this, my betta is very happy with his new hidey hole, it looks very organic in my tank and fits in with the decor. Some internal edges were a little sharp, but nothing a nail file couldn’t fix. Recommended!

Excellent
Bought this as a Christmas pressie for my hubby. When i opened the parcel my immediate reaction was WOW. It appears to be excellent value for money and looks stunning. I just hope hubby likes it and it's as resilient as it appears.

Plec got stuck in this! Be careful!
I bought this in February and it has looked great in my tank since then. However, yesterday I ended up having to use pliers to completely break it apart after my Clown Plec, Penny, got stuck in one of the 'legs'. Penny is very shy and I don't see her very often but something was niggling at me as to whether she was okay. I don't know why but thank goodness I checked on her. She had obviously swam into one of the bottom legs which is completely hollow inside and doesn't open the other end. She had obviously gotten stuck, tried to swim forwards and got herself even more wedged in. I knew she was there because i saw her tail sticking out. I had to fill a bucket with water and painstakingly break the ornament with a pair of pliers until I could get to her. Luckily as she must have felt herself becoming free, I was able to very gently pull her as she also swam backwards and managed to free her. I have seen her today and she looks okay, probably very stressed about the whole thing as was I, I was very scared I was going to hurt her.Looks wise this is a great ornament but I couldn't recall it because of what happened with it. If I hadn't have checked on her, she would have died stuck in this ornament which would have been awful.
