These were a chance buy as they are cheap. It turns out that they are pretty good as a replacement of the supplied side cutters with my ender 3 pro. The only reason for 4 stars is because the number of times I've caught my index finger in the area at the top of the handles as they are just a little small. They've got good cutting power for their size and recommended.

I bought these for a rewiring project on my boat. I just spent four ten-hour days cutting wires and zip ties and these worked great. They went through 16 ga wire and zip ties like butter, and as the several puncture wounds in my hand, received from reaching blindly for them, will attest that they are incredibly sharp. I’m not sure how well they’d handle thicker wire, Or years of use, but they were perfect for the project I was using it for. Recommended. Update 20200920 - the other day I had to hack through several multi strand wires as thick as my little finger. It took a few snips, but went through it well. I’m still very impressed with these things.
