I was surprised at how easy it was to put together and do my first project (using Lightburn). I had the laser connected and operational and burning my first tests within an hour of opening the box.

Really disappointed in not only the product but the follow up service. Put everything together and the laser will not actually engrave or center correctly (runs basically into the end of the track and tries to keep going). Amazon only said to contact the companies website which I did. Thier solution if for me to take a bunch of pictures and video of all these different parts. Then take video of my computer screens to show them. This is a joke I can't speak with anyone and have to play a back and forth game. So upset with not just ortur but with Amazon for saying on their system the customer service issue is fixed when it clearly is not. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

A bit tricky to set up and learn out of the box, but love it now that it is up and running and I’ve created lots of great projects!

Everything is fine with me

This is the second time in 60 days, that I went with this product line. The first one lasted roughly 35 days before problems. Figured I would give it a second try. Mistake. The second unit, a slight upgrade, was missing a cable. It also had the emergency switch mounted on a miscut, making it impossible to mount. Still needed to make my own ground cable. Manual included, refers to getting the complete E-copy User Manual from 2 different sites; both are un-obtainable. Had to spend additional time, tracking down manuals to ensure assembly was correct. 2 different computers, multiple downloads, can't get it to work. Not what one would expect when buying a product.

Works great

unit worked ok for 2 months. had some issues here and there, it would randomly stop before it finished burning my item. well this weekend, it really stopped, will not go beyond 5 minutes, it stops for a few seconds, the laser stays on. it burnt several holes in my cutting board. i reached out to customer service, they sent me a youtube link to watch to fix it, I told them I already did that, they asked if I can still watch the video again!

the leser carriage is lose rocks back and forth laser cant be ajusted wont focus no tech support or customer severe to get help from this is a experience peice of grap dont wast your money im total unhappy with purchase
