The item is ok quality hence not 1 star.But what is advertised , v/s what i received is evident here.Paid unnecessary postage to Sydney, Australia for this ....what a waste of $65Very dissapointed

I bought this for my one-year-old granddaughter's birthday. It's a little much for a 1 year old. It took about a month or so before she would even venture into it. I would say, if you're going to buy it for 1 year old, not to put the whole thing together. Start out small and then add to it. That's what I did. Worked a whole lot better for her. It is now to full size and her and the cats love it! Cats love laying in the tunnels and she loves chasing the cats out. I recommend the product. As I mentioned previously, if you get it for a one-year-old or younger than 2, start with one tent and one tunnel. Then add to it. The product is easy to put together and just as easy to take down. It's pretty durable and it is easy to clean. It's pretty sturdy. In the one tent my granddaughter loves to crawl out of the top hole. This product is very flexible. We all enjoy I love watching her play in her in this product. Very entertaining watching her. She's a hoot anyway.

This ball pit is entertaining for my toddler. Was easy to assemble and nice that you can connect it in several different ways. The one downside is that the flaps on the side, even when folded and velcroed still allow balls to escape. The design would be much improved if you were able to zip up the sides that weren't in use so the balls stay in. We end up with balls all over our basement very quickly.
