Quality, Affordability, Owners who care
Just used these for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it.People online are absolutely overpricing turning peels and this product is perfectly priced and not at all cheap in quality.Great stuff! To the owners, i know you're still a small company, but pls dont over-price these once you become popular. No one deserves to pay $60 for a turning peel!

The Pizza Peel is a must-have tool when using a baking steel.
The 14" cutter does not have a knife edge. This makes it a dull and useless instrument that will not cut through a pizza.

Works well. Just wish I didn’t burn my pizzas! Ha
Peel is sturdy and relatively easy to use. Cutter works fine. My pizza oven is the 12 inch ooni so it’s a little cumbersome to use in that small space. Once the pizza is in ok it’s easy to get under the pizza, although if cheese etc gets on it or pizza stuck it’s a little more difficult to access and move the pie in a 12 in space. I’m going to also try a flat paddle. Overall this works fine.

The turning peel is great, cutter not so much.
The peel works great. Not one issue with it. The cutter on the other hand is not good. Have yet to have it cut a good slice.

simple peel that works fine
It works fine, nothing fancy, pizza cutter works well too. Not great build but good enough.

Some woodworking required?
As stated in a bunch of other reviews, the holes on the wood handle are NOT deep enough to seat the retaining hex in order to catch the screw on the other side of the handle. I was able to fix this myself by using a 1/2" spade bit to drill the recess further down, but no customer should have to do that just to get their turning peel assembled/usable. It's a shame because the quality of the peel itself is high with a nice gauge steel and it's shocking this hasn't been fixed yet in manufacturing (test your own products, LRUI!).
