The pedals kept coming off, seat really uncomfortable and kept moving few problems with the bike so sending back for a refund no happy with it

So easy to adjust

I bought this bike for my husband but it wasn't suitable for his needs and it had a faulty pedal. Cacus gym, the seller, were excellent when it came to customer service. You couldn't ask for better.

Easy to assemble. Does look alot cheaper than more expensive models but does do what it's required and that's spinning class.It moves slightly but nothing dramatic and it's ready to go without issue. Good purchase to be honestn

Ordered this as a Christmas gift and it arrived with a buckled wheel. I contacted the seller customer services dept and after sending evidence of the buckled wheel, they immediately sent out a new one. This one was damaged in transit (no fault of the seller, this is a well known issue with this particular delivery company in my area), the sellers then advised us how to take the undamaged wheel from the new one and put it on the old one. This was relatively easy to do and the final result is brilliant.My gran, who this was bought for, absolutely loves it as she can't walk as well as before and this is a great way for her to exercise at her own pace without putting too much pressure on her hips. Would absolutely by from this seller again as their customer service was second to none and the advisor I was in contact with, Aki, was so helpful!

Great piece of kit for the price,only reason why I didn't give it 5 star's was that 1 of the buttons was upside down on the computer, overall really happy with this exercise bike.
