I use the door anchor for anchoring my power bands or pull-up assist bands, as they are known.The anchor has a nice cushy foam roller/stopper to put in the door jamb.The loop is cushioned to prevent the band from being damaged and it makes it easier to untie the loop or knot that is through the loop.

Works great. Exactly as advertised.
