Edit: Swelled & failed after one yearLasts all day with normal use. If you use a high-drain app (such as GPS or graphics intensive games), may need a charge. Otherwise, charge overnight (so far no harm to batt if I forget & leave it charging after it reaches 100%), & it's good to go for another day. No damage from magnetic mounts (I leave a high power magnet on phone as a handle/kickstand about 75% of the time & it's fine.). So far no heating or swelling, etc..

Easy to install. Not sure of performance, it’s a good upgrade from the original battery.

Bought this battery in Jan 22. In June of 22, while my phone was just sitting, unplugged from the charger, on the arm of my recliner, it literally BLEW UP!!! At first, I thought someone must have been celebrating the 4th of July early, and a stray large bottle rocket had gone through my window's screen. BOOM!! LOUD WHISTLE!! STREAM OF SMOKE!!! Turns out, it was this battery EXPLODED!! Out of nowhere!! And from me picking it up in an attempt to stop a fire, i suffered a few blisters on my fingers. And now I have a junk phone and two rectangular burn marks in my living room carpet. GOOD THING I DIDNT HAVE IT UP TO MY EAR AT THE TIME. OR IN MY POCKET!!! Or, had I been outside or away, could have BURNED THE HOUSE DOWN!!! Do NOT buy this dangerous battery!!! Bad experience in every way.

Update 230319: Amazon sent a replacement VERY QUICKLY, and it seems okay.-----------"Invalid battery. Shutting down."It shows a 56% charge, but that's the message I get after installing in my LG M150.Returning it.

Changing this battery was very easy and returned my phone to proper operation.

I hope my experience can help other potential buyers to use this battery properly.Use this battery for my LG Rebel 4 ( 2500 mAh original capacity), because the two year old battery came to a point of depleting 40-50% a day just on stand-by, charging within 48 hours definitely needed.This battery arrived with 46% charge and in about 28 hours of stand-by time it hit the 15% mark, so I was very unhappy about the depletion rate at first and was about to contact the seller to report a potentially defected battery.Some reviewers suggest not to let the battery drained to 0% as this is a lithium ion battery and has no need to go through the draining cycles as suggested by the seller, or it will damage the battery. Decided to try the seller's instruction and charged the battery for a second cycle, and the depletion rate was like 30-35% within 24 hours of stand-by time, there seemed to be a little improvment in depletion rate.My phone will not allow driange to 0%, it performed a self-shutdown at 2%. I did not try to turn on the phone and let it charged while shut down and had the third cycle completed. This time the depletion rate is like 9% in 24 hours stand-by period, and that's what I want it to be.Will try a fourth cycle charging when the charge of this third cycle fully depleted, see if there will be further improvent in depletion rate ( I doubt it).I am already happy now!EDITED: OCT 9, 2023Tried a fourh cycle charging and there was no further improvement in depletion rate.Revised from 5 star to 3 star, because the phone depleted by 50% per day mostly on standby after just 16 months. However,I may still buy again for the mean time to tempoarily meet the need of my phone.One and half year life time is below my expectation.
