Fine for me, maybe not others
Considering this is brand new, it should have come in a new box. The box was dented and scuffed and had clearly been around the block. Not a huge deal since I actually like to display these and I open the boxes each year. But I have boxes several years older that I’ve kept in mint condition all on my own. Doesn’t affect the actual product, but I can’t recommend 5 stars for other buyers because some people really take the box condition seriously.

I collect the HP buildings and not sure how I missed this one. Got it for decent price via Amazon and it is one of the best of the collection.
