買い替え費用の節約。PD-EH500のグリスアップに使いました。
PD-EH500を購入して2年弱ですが左のペダルが負荷を掛けるとコリっとした感じが出たので、この工具で分解しました。グリスはほとんど汚れは見られず。洗浄してシマノのプレミアムグリスを塗布して組みなおして使用。コリっとした感じは無くなりスムーズに動いています。 このペダルの前のモデル？のPD-A530は7年トラブル無かったのでヒヤリとしましたが、自分でメンテナンス出来て良かったです。PD-A530は4,000円台で購入できましたが、PD-EH500は5,000円台で購入。今は値上がりが酷くて買い替えが難しいのでセルフメンテナンスの工具は有難いです。
