This product is worth the price. It's good to invest but only concern is the noise/music especially in HARD mode. Don't have option to turn off. Overall, it helps your eyes to relax and applies the optimal pressure for comfort and effect.. Can recommend to anyone who search for eye massager.

I purchased this massager as an impulse buy as it was on offer. I was surprised at how effective it is. At first, it feels a bit uncomfortable as the fitment is not snug, but once you turn it on, it seems to hit the right points. The secret is to make sure the strap is adjusted quite tight so the pressure is not on your nose.I only have two issues with this. Firstly, you can't adjust the timer, this is determined by which of the 3 settings you chose. Second issue is the instructions are all in Chinese although it wasn't hard to figure out. For those who have said there is no sound, try pressing the 'play' button next to the power button. There is sound.

Music feels bit wishy washy. Not as other model.

I have no idea how they can still sell these things.The product is useless and noisy and does not help, on the contrary it's worse.

It does a good massage of eyes and surrounding area but is not advisable for hot fomentation in case of dry eyes, there is a need of providing a good temperature up to 50 degree Celsius, it claims to provide temperature up to 42 but in reality it does not provide.

Quality is good and the massage is not bad at all I find it very good
