Q: I used 3 protectors and each one has a line down the middle. Are they defective?

2 possible reasons...1. bubble, but if you re-apply or squeeze the bubble out it should move, or 2. pre-existing scratch on the surface of the glass. its more obvious when you have the protector on.

Q: with this screen protector what happens when the watch gets wet?

Well if your watch is the series 4, it is water resistant up to a certain amount so the screen protector won’t impact that at all.
