EBuilder Direct is the best. They even keyed this lock to match my other locks purchased two years ago from them. Great customer service.The shape is easy to grip. I haven’t purchased the satin nickel previously. -I originally bought oil rubbed bronze- but the two year old knobs are in great shape and haven’t lost the finish. Great product. And I did order from them again!!

Love this product
After reading the reviews I decided to purchase these to replace the entire house. I am very happy with the quality and the look, plus the price is great, too. The seller was easy to work with. I did have a question and I was responded to very quickly.

Faceplate cannot be removed.
Door knobs are good for the price, but the dang face plates cannot be removed like the lockable versions of this can. That means I need to chisel every door of mine. Super annoying and I wish I'd known before buying.
