Keyboard has a great feel to it, quiet and comfortable to use. Keyboard and mouse connect to your computer via a USB-A wireless receiver (included). They are not Bluetooth capable.My thoughts on the mouse: it feels flimsy, and it could be more ergonomic. Lengthy mouse sessions can become uncomfortable. The mouse requires 1 AA battery, the keyboard requires 2 AAA batteries - batteries not included.All in all, I have no issue with the USB-A receiver as it’s plugged into a USB hub. I’ve not had a pleasant experience with Bluetooth enabled peripherals so, Plug-And-Play via wireless receiver worked out well. On the battery front, I prefer having the ability to swap out batteries. Battery life has been good - the first set of batteries is still going strong despite daily usage. That said, you’ll be readily frustrated if you don’t have the right batteries on hand when you get this keyboard/mouse combo.

Both the keyboard and mouse are very quiet which I appreciate. Nobody likes a clackker on the phone! The moist is especially ergo friendly and fits comfortably in my palm. USB connection is flawless also, no issues there.

I wanted a keyboard that 1. had a nice click to it 2. fit my standing desk 3. had an attached wrist rest, and 4. came with a comfortable mouse. This set checked off all of the boxes. Easy to use, easy to set up, and love that it's wireless. If you're looking for a keyboard and mouse set, and to get the best bang for your buck you should order this product!

It’s very nice and good size.

The mouse doesn’t work properly, it lags all the time and the speed of the cursor slows down constantly. The keyboard drain the battery out in a couple of weeks and the battery acid starts to leak out. Seems like the keyboard has an electrical issue. All and all I had a terrible experience with these items. Thought that by changing the battery a couple of times on the keyboard the problem would go away but instead I missed the opportunity to return it.Update: 07-01-2022After I posted my review about the issue I was facing with my keyboard and mouse, the sellers reach out to me right away to follow up on my review and asked me if I wanted to get a replacement (free or charge) or if instead I wanted a full refund? I think that although it was unfortunate that my wireless keyboard and mouse came defective I most say that their customer service team was incredible, they follow up right away with me as to how I wanted this issue to be resolved and at first I was going to get a replacement but a day before they contacted me about the issue I had already purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse from a different Amazon seller. anyway, I requested their customer team to reimburse me instead and about 12 hours later they told me that the full amount was returned. I have to give them credit for actually being on top of things and doing the right thing. I would totally feel confident about buying again from this seller because of the good customer service experience I had, and for that reason alone I have changed my review to 5 stars, great customer service means everything to people, especially when the item you bought from the seller has some kind of issues. I think this seller definitely has you covered, at least that was my personal experience.

There's nothing that need to say....it's so easy to use.

I've bought two of these. Ergonomically, their great. The raised keyboard has a nice touch and the mouse fits your hand very well. One unit, the mouse stopped working, wouldn't left click. They were kind enough to replace the keyboard and mouse.The 2nd unit's keyboard just stopped working. I've followed all of their instructions to pair again with the mouse with no luck. I've tried to contact the manufacturer with no response. I have one with my personal PC and the other I use for work-at-home. Supposedly there's a one year warranty. Hopefully they will see this and contact me.UPDATEI've had 5 of these and they have all quit working within 30 days. I have two that are going into the trash as the keyboard has stopped working on both of them. It's hard to imagine anything of this poor quality is available on AmazonBuy at your own risk

The keyboard is quiet and smooth....very comfortable for the wrists and fingers. Mouse is great as well, wish it was not as loud however. The sound is distracting to me and others around me.
