We love crepes and tried to make crepes using a regular frying pan which didn’t turn out so well. This crepe pan is made of durable heavy-duty aluminum and granite stone and is flat and thin to make perfect crepes. The look of the cookware closely resembles granite, as it has a solid black surface with smaller flecks of gray and white scattered throughout which is aesthetically pleasing. The wood handle adds a lot of charm and gives it a rustic look and nicely matches our existing pan set. This does require some quick assembly and you’ll need to attach the wood handle by attaching the screw, but only takes a minute.This crepe pan has an 11 inch diameter. The inner core conducts heat well which makes for even cooking and the nonstick surface requires less oil to cook with, which is healthier overall and makes cleanup easy. The nonstick surface also makes it easy to cook delicate crepes and prevents it from easily falling apart. We also like to use this to heat up tortillas or make quesadillas and we’ve also used this to heat up leftover pizza since it makes the crust nice and crispy. Additionally, this pan is useful to make grilled cheese sandwiches. This fabulous pan is attractive, functional and very versatile and not just good for making crepes!

I am so very happy I purchased this pan "tawa". I wanted to make some roti and could not find the old tawa I had for so long. I saw the reviews on this and decided to take a chance. This did not disappoint! I cooked my roti on medium heat and they all came out perfect every time. I absolutely love this!!!!!

The pan is non stick. I used it to fry fillet fish and it cooks evenly and was crispy even though I used very little oil. Also great for crepes. Easy to clean. The handle is removable and is not too heavy. I also bought the omelet frying pan.

According to the item name, this is an induction-compatible product. This is NOT the case, I immediately returned as unable to use with our cooktop. The bottom of the pan is not flat but has a metal grill, our stoce could not recognize it and it caused a popping sound when trying to use. Additionally noted when attempting to heat that the product was bowed in the center before heated and caused liquid to run to the edges. So even if it could be heated on our stovetop I suspect the product would still not be of use in making eggs, crepes, pancakes etc. due to the bowing.

I have never made crepes before and tonight was my first time. THIS PAN IS AMAZING! Not one single crepe was messed up (other than the shape on some because of my error) and the pan was amazing! Even heat all throughout and it's easily my new favorite item in the kitchen! I LOVE it! Recommended to all of my family and friends!

We recently switched to an LG induction range and needed to replace most of our pots and pans. The steel bottom of this pan allows it to work with induction. It's also a fairly smooth surface so I don't think scratching the glass top will be a problem.

I got this pan for my daughter-in-law and she fixed me pancakes this weekend. The pancakes didn't stick to the pan at all. She cooked, I cleaned. The pan was easy to clean. Great product!

Absolutely love!! I make homemade tortillas almost weekly and this is perfect!!
