What's the difference between multicolor a and multicolor b and how many do you get in the pack, four?

I’m not sure the difference between them. It’s not very clear since they are the same size and same colors. Yes, there were 4 in the pack

Are these food grade silicone and won’t grow bacteria?

I have no idea. I leave mine in the shower and use it every day.

Are they pure silicone? Can I boil them to disinfect ?

I use a steamer for mine so you should be able to boil.
