Better illumination than old-style original. May last longer; haven't used long enough to tell. Light is more mellow, easier on eyes, better light for yard & deck.

I bought these as preplacement bulbs on an outdoor string of lights on my porch. They are brighter than the originals and should last longer than the originals did.

Product is all that I expected

Use as replacement bulb for string lights - one got smashed. The broken bulb's LED's continued to function even though the bulb glass/plastic cover was broken. The LEDs were not warm at all - no worries other than sparky if something inadvertently touched them - obviously try to avoid - but props to whoever designed these.

I hate having to give this product such an indecisive review. The lights work great but for some reason the bulbs, even though they are waterproof, still get water in them. Also, when you change the bulb you’ll need to have a pair of pliers because the glass becomes unattached from the metal tip. I guess all in all it has more good bulbs than bad.

I got these to replace my lights on the patio and they work great. Very bright at night and last a long time. I really like the fact they are plastic bulbs as the wind can't shatter them like the ones I had originally.

So, for some reason these bulbs did not work in my string lights, even though all indications were that they should have worked. So I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the lights, but I do know that the customer service was excellent and even though it had been almost 2 months since I ordered the bulbs, the seller kindly refunded my money.

This is super nice light bulb, the led are exposed so can be too bright if you look at it directly, unlike frosted light bulbs. but if you use it in a lamp, or covered light, this will product soft warm light and give you really nice night light for reading, watching tv, and playing video games.
