My husband and I are both long term users of knee pillows for back pain. He uses it for SI joint pain and lower back issues. I use it to keep my lower back and hips aligned for my spine issues. They really work great for preventing back pain. But like regular pillows, after time they get flatter. I bought this to replace his old pillow made by Comfi Life. After a couple years it became too soft and didn't hold his knees up to keep his hips in alignment. This new knee pillow is nice and firm. It is ideal for taller, or larger people who need the firm support. My husband is 5'11" and about 180lbs. The pillow is firm enough to hold his knees in the proper position, which put his hips positioned correctly so he doesn't get back pain. It still feels soft and comfortable but doesn't squish down under the weight of his legs, which is exactly what you want. This pillow is GREAT for him..... but BAD for me. I am only 5'5" and weigh 116lbs. My legs are not very heavy and so I found this pillow to be much too firm for me. My husband has muscular legs that are longer and heavier than mine so for him the firmness is perfect. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone that is large or taller and like/require a decent firmness out of their knee pillow. If you are more petite and don't require very firm support you might want to get a softer pillow.Oh and I love that the pillow has a smooth GREY casing! It will look much less grungy over time than the traditional white ones!

Perfect for knee support to keep hips stable. Been through 2 knee surgeries and one hip surgery with this pillow. It’s a keeper!

I prefer this to the harder foam knee pillows, and started using this to support my neck after I started losing sleep from neck pain/impinged nerves. Buying a second one because my husband steals this. I think this is better for smaller people- the shape is great for all but if your legs are heavier, it may take denser, less “smooshy” foam to give you the hip and knee positioning you seem from a knee pillow.

Hurt my knee really bad and with Covid couldn't get MRI (too dangerous as only MRI in hospital and I am a high risk candidate) and x-rays show only some of the problem. So much pain, only therapy available was over the phone which was useless so I was hurting. Still hurting but without this I would never get any sleep and be so much worse off. So thankful for it.

I have been using this support pillow since November of 2019. I was wary about how good it could be for the low price. Look no further at the more expensive support pillows! I use this every night to separate my knees. I am slightly pigeon toed in one knee and it throbs like crazy sometimes. I have noticed a serious reduction in pain flares and it is also helping my back pain, due to fibromyalgia. This product is one of those golden finds that seem too good to be true, yet it works! I would recommend this pillow to anyone!

I grew up riding and training horses, and still ride weekly but not like I used to. I've had a few horse accidents that have left my back messed up, hips out of line, broken ribs, and ultimately sciatic nerve pain. With that said, I am only 5'5 and 115 pounds so I do not find that this pillow squishes too flat when I sleep with it between my knees. It keeps my back straight and my hips and knees square when I sleep. I used to only be able to sleep for a few hours at a time because it hurt to breathe and sleeping was too uncomfortable. I have slept a full 7-8 hours for over two weeks and am very pleased with this purchase! If I ever need another one, I'll be sure to repurchase this one!

I was a bit skeptical about this relieving my lower back pain. I have had surgery and nothing seems to help except staying active. However, everyone needs to sleep. My wife bought this for me and it has really dulled down my morning pain!! I can get out of bed in a matter of minutes vs. stretching for 20-30 minutes before getting up. I recommend this to anyone who has any lower back problems!!! The only downfall of this product is that because it is made out of memory foam, throughout the night it does get a little flat. I recommend to the maker that the put inside the foam a plastic spacer to keep the pillow from flattening too much.All in all though I rate this a 8.5 on a 1-10 scale. Great product!!
