These are great earplugs
Love these and have been using them for years. Definitely worth the £ for a better sleep. Also great when travelling to cut out other noise.

Cheap, comfortable and effective
I use them for sleeping when working nights. They are comfortable and unobtrusive. They don’t block out all sound, but do reduce noise . I have tried various foam and ear plugs, but these are just as good and don’t fall out. I will reorder them again when required.
