So is this a 2" core or 1.5" core? Please correct me if I'm missing something here....if its 1.5 the listing is deceptive as it states 2" core,

This tape is on a 1.5 inch core. Thanks for asking!

How easy is it to refill the dispenser?

This tape already is attached to the dispenser and is sturdy enough to use if you purchase the same size rolls with the dispenser. I've done this many times and found it easy to do.

Whst does 1.5 inch core mean

The core that the tape is on measures 1.5 inches in diameter. Thanks for asking!

Is there 22 yards per roll for a total of 132 yards?

Yes it says on each roll 22.2 yards which if you buy a six pack it comes to 133.2 yards.
